Retseliney Premium Spiralizer Bundle Review #retseliney

I've never had a product like this. I've always just used a vegetable peeler if I wanted thin strips of veggies or I've just chopped or diced them. This Retseliney Premium Vegetable Spiral Slicer is a lot of fun to use!

It arrived in the mail on the day that I pick up my fruits & veggies from the local produce co-op so I had a lot of fresh veggies to use. The slicer has 2 stainless steel blades for different julienne sizes & it comes with a recipe book, a jar opener & a cleaning brush. It is dishwasher safe & small enough to fit in the utensil drawer in your kitchen.

I was making one of our favorite cold weather soups for dinner & I normally just slice the zucchini but I wanted to try my new spiralizer so I decided to use zucchini noodles instead. All I had to do was hold the slicer in one hand while inserting the zucchini into the other end. Then you twist the zucchini like it's a pencil in a pencil sharpener. It's fun to see the spiral slices come out onto the plate! They were a bit long so I sliced them in half before putting them in the soup so that they would be easier to eat. I've also used this spiralizer with carrots, cucumbers & potatoes. The only downside is that the last 1.5" of the veggie can't be used. So I either just chopped it up or ate it!

So. Here is what I think about the Retseliney Premium Vegetable Spiral Slicer: I like that it is really fun & easy to use! I like that it is easy to clean & is also dishwasher safe. I like the very handy jar opener that comes as a bonus. I like that this product is sturdy & should last a long time.

And I like that I now have a new fun way to add vegetables to my recipes!

So. Bottom line. If you use a lot of veggies when you cook, or you want to use more in a fun way that even kids will love, then try this spiral slicer.
