At some point, we all start to feel a little stiffness or achy joints as we get a bit older. I know I have. Sometimes I sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies. You know.... Snap, Crackle, Pop! This happens if I've been sitting for a long time or when I get out of bed in the mornings. My knees have taken years of abuse & now they are letting me know about it!
