So. Here is what I think about....Coconut Colon Cleanse by Island Vibrance #IslandVibrance

I've never tried any products like this before. So when I agreed to try this Coconut Colon Cleanse from Island Vibrance, I wasn't sure what to expect.  I've had friends who have done a colon cleanse but it was always a liquid product, not capsules. But I thought it sounded like a good enough idea & I could stand to be healthier. And if I lost any weight as a result, that would just be a bonus!

The first thing I did was to read the directions on the back of the bottle. The suggested use is to take 2 capsules twice each day with at least 10 to 12 ounces of water immediately. There are 120 capsules in the bottle so if I were to take them as suggested, this bottle would last for 30 days. 

Since this was my first time to use a product like this, I decided to only take 2 capsules once a day to see what the effects were & how I would tolerate the dosage. I'm really glad that I didn't take any more than I did. Without getting too graphic, after about 12 hours this product started working. And working. And working. 

The product information says that this colon cleanse will "gently remove build up of toxins and waste from your lower intestines". There was nothing gentle about my experience! I had terrible stomach cramps & the effects of taking just the first 2 capsules lasted at least 6 hours! That's when I realized that this product is not for me. I've know people who swear by colon cleanses but it just isn't what I'm looking for.

So. Here is what I think about Coconut Colon Cleanse: This product is not for me. Everybody is different so you may have wonderful results with this product. I can say that it did what it was intended to do. Just not in a "gentle" way.

So. Bottom line. Just because this didn't work for me doesn't mean that you will have the same experience or that it won't work better for you. The only way you will know is if you try it.
