So. Here is what I think about....Children's Mucinex Multi-Symptom Cold

What better time of the year to get to try a cold medicine! It's been a colder than normal winter this year here in Texas & we've been really lucky that no one in our house has been sick so far (knock on wood!).

But I needed someone to test this product for me. So when the daughter of a friend got sick, she agreed to use this product.

The little patient had a stuffy nose, chest congestion, coughing, sore throat & slight fever. She's 10 years old so, as the directions on the box indicate, we gave her a 10 mL dose. I gave the bottle of Children's Mucinex to her mom so that she could use it again later that evening. This medication can be taken every 4 hours, if needed.

The next morning I called to check on the girl. She had needed another dose before she went to bed, but woke up feeling better. She still had a sore throat & a bit of coughing, but it had become a "productive" cough so she was less congested.

She took the Children's Mucinex twice more that day & then didn't need it any longer. Her mom was grateful to have the chance to try this medication & will definitely be keeping some in their medicine cabinet.

So. Here is what I think about....Children's Mucinex Multi-Symptom Cold: I like that it worked with only 4 doses. I like that it seemed to help our little patient get some good sleep. But it does not taste good! It smells good so I tasted it & it pretty much just tastes like cough medicine.

This product is not for children under the age of 4 years.

So.  Bottom line. If your child has a stuffy nose, cough, chest congestion or mucus, this will work. And as a Mom, you want your child to feel better fast!

Start the relief. Ditch the misery. Let's end this. #ChildrensMucinex  #FreeSamp
